Chen Zhongyi

Chen Zhongyi, distinguished Professor of "Xiaoxiang Scholars" at Hunan Normal University, is a contemporary Chinese critic, translator, writer, and member of the Faculty of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences。He used to be the director of the Institute of Foreign Literature of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, the President of the Chinese Society of Foreign Literature, the Vice president of the Translators Association of China, and the member of the National Committee of the Chinese Writers Association. He is currently a member of the Faculty of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, a member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, a corresponding academician of the Royal Academy of Spain, and the convener of the Foreign Literature Evaluation Committee of the National Social Science Foundation。He is mainly engaged in the research of Spanish literature and literature, and his main achievements include Schools of Contemporary Novels in Latin America, Studies on the Golden Century of Spanish Literature, and Dear Mother Tongue....
