In order to comprehensively display the history and construction achievements of teacher education in our school, create the characteristics of teacher education in our school, and cultivate students' educational feelings, the school has decided to build a teacher education exhibition hall。In order to do a good job in the exhibition hall and enrich the exhibition content, we hereby announce the collection of physical objects and materials in the exhibition hall as follows:
1. Scope of collection
Reflect and record the representative objects and data of the development of teacher education in different historical stages of Hunan Normal University。
Ii. Categories of solicitation
(1) Equipment and tools:Production and living items for teachers and students, educational and scientific research equipment, teaching tools, cultural supplies and certificates with typical characteristics of The Times。
(2) Archives and documents:Teachers' monographs, textbooks, papers, journals, handouts, teaching plans, manuscripts, etc.;Student experiment report, practice report, teaching design, class notes, exercise books, published articles, self-issued publications, etc.;Documents, letters, diaries, memoirs, etc. that reflect and record various important events and decisions。
(3) Picture data category:Reflect and record the teacher and student education, teaching, scientific research and life of teachers and students and other aspects of the pictures, posters (books), photos, etc。
(4) Audiovisual data:Materials, old films, old records, recordings, videos, etc. that reflect and record teachers and students' education, teaching, learning and life。
Iii. Method of solicitation
(1) Donation
The collection of materials and materials is based on donations, and all Party and government organs, enterprises and public institutions, social welfare organizations and individuals are encouraged to donate voluntarily。
(2) Reproduction
1. On the premise of not violating the relevant confidentiality provisions, the reproduction of cultural relics and physical materials that have disappeared or are still in use and have special historical or artistic value。
2. Individual or group certificates of honor and relevant important written materials will be borrowed by the school, and the original will be returned to the provider after being copied。
(3) Others
1.Escrowd-lease: Collections that need to be exhibited and do not want to transfer can be adopted in this way, and the ownership remains unchanged。
2.Paid solicitation: For those who are willing to transfer with compensation, after identification, appropriate economic compensation shall be given in accordance with paid solicitation procedures and regulations。
3.Other methods of solicitation prescribed by laws and regulations。
4. Collection requirements
1.Providing units or individuals must ensure the authenticity and legality of the material or data sources。
2.The providing unit or individual shall provide a brief description of the source, circulation experience and behind story of the objects and materials displayed。
3.For the provision of important physical objects or replicas and written materials, the information of the provision or owner shall be indicated in the display。All donors or providers are awarded a certificate as a souvenir。
5. Collection time
The centralized solicitation period is from the date of announcement to February 25, 2024, and then enters the normal solicitation phase。
